What do you mean by customized?
If your youth group has a Logo, we can take it and put it into a pre-designed video. For Example, If you bought the Tornado Logo. You would just email us your Logo as an attached file, we would then take 
it and put it in front of a moving background that changes colors and loops continuously. And if you don't have a Logo we can even create one for you!

      What file formats can you take? 
Preferably a PSD (photoshop document), and the  file MUST be under 2.5 megabytes.  T IF, PDF, EPS, JPEG, GIF, and BMP are also acceptable. Saves allot of time if logo is placed on a white or black background so it can be keyed.

    
    How long does an order take?
The customized videos take 2-3 weeks for delivery
  unless you order rush service. All other videos
   (Countdowns, Xtreme worship images, short films) 
    are usually shipped on the same day.

 
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We guarantee you will be. If not just return the videos within 7 days of delivery and we will either replace it or give you a refund (minus the shipping)
